We know you don't book a holiday with the idea of cancelling it, after all, who doesn't love a holiday?! But we understand that sometimes you need a little flexibility when it comes to booking your next holiday, things change, and whilst we will miss you, we'll still be here for you to come back to at a later date.
Our Flexible Rates is exactly what it says on the tin, flexible. No deposit required and free cancellation up until 2pm 48 hours prior to arrival date*.
Available on Room Only, Bed and Breakfast, and Dinner, Bed and Breakfast breaks.
How to book
You can book online by clicking the button below, please ensure you select 'Flexible Rate' to enjoy the no deposit option and free cancellation. You can call us on 01728 452720, or you can send us an email by completing the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Our room rates are subject to room type, date and availability, they change up to three times per day to mirror current availability and demand, the price you see may change if you do not complete your booking right away.
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. If you cancel your reservation by 2pm 48 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later than, or in case of non-arrival or early departure, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
