We are both delighted to welcome on board new Head Chef, David Edward. David prides himself in the enviable training that he has been fortunate enough to enjoy, having spent 7 years' training in London under the guidance of Marco Pierre White at Harveys and Gordon Ramsay at Aubergine, before working at The Dorchester.
He then gained invaluable experience at various Michelin star restaurants in London, before working as Head Chef at The Feathers in Woodstock. and opening The Three Fishes at Mitton in Lancashire, under Nigel Howarth.
David is passionate about working with carefully selected local suppliers to ensure that the very best of fresh, seasonal produce is featured on his menus. As well as specialising in British cuisine, David plans to introduce Suffolk dishes to The White Lion’s new menus.
