The wine company and The White Lion Hotel invite you to an exclusive and intimate evening showcasing the great wines of Sumaridge paired to an exquisite four course menu prepared from Suffolk ingredients by Jason Shaw, Head Chef.
Become au fait in matching specific wines and foods with Simon Turner and Holly Bellingham, owners of Sumaridge Wines, located in the beautiful “Heaven on Earth” Valley inland from Hermanus in the Western Cape. Simon and Holly will make you a complete convert to pairing.

Smoked Haddock Fishcake with sweet chilli and mixed leaves
East Anglian Lamb rump with fondant potato, confit garlic, savoy cabbage, rosemary and Dingley Dell bacon jus
Suffolk Gold with grapes, fruit chutney, celery and savoury biscuits

Four tips for pairing wine at home
