We are delighted to welcome Justin Kett in his role of Head Chef at The Brudenell Hotel. Justin is no stranger to Suffolk, having grown up in the county before pursuing a career in catering. He has worked at the Swan at Southwold and gained a huge amount of experience working abroad before finally settling at the Michelin starred Castle Hotel at Taunton, under the auspices of Head Chef Richard Guest.
Justin is passionate about cooking fresh, local, seasonal food in a simple and unpretentious way. Asked what he will be bringing to The Brudenell Hotel, he replied “Good, honest cooking with a touch of flair’.
