Our Brasserie Bleue restaurant in Aldeburgh features hand-picked local produce from in and around Suffolk, carefully put together with a French inspired twist.

I am a firm believer in keeping things simple and my menu is inspired by Suffolk’s superb produce alongside my passion for French cuisine.

My aim is to make you feel good by offering lovingly prepared food.
